Shipping Policy
At Primos Barber Supply, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped quickly so you can get back to work with the tools and products you rely on.
Order Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During holidays, promotions, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, carrier rates, package weight, and shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information.
Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders within the United States.
Free shipping promotions apply only to eligible products and shipping destinations unless otherwise stated.
Oversized, heavy, hazardous, or freight-shipped items may not qualify for free shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow carriers up to 24 hours to update tracking information after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Primos Barber Supply is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control.
Primos Barber Supply is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Carrier delays
- Weather-related delays
- Shipping issues caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout
If your package appears lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first. Our team will also do our best to assist when possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping box
- Any visible damage
Damaged items must remain unused and unmodified until the claim is reviewed.
International Shipping
International shipping availability may vary depending on destination and product restrictions.
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs fees
- Duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
Primos Barber Supply is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges required by your country.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to carrier regulations, hazardous material classifications, or local laws.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that cannot legally or safely be shipped.
