Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

At Primos Barber Supply, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Due to health and hygiene standards, all returned products must be new, unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless otherwise stated below.


Eligible Used Returns

The following categories may be returned after light use if they remain in like-new condition and include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging:

  • Hair Dryers

  • Flat Irons

  • Curling Irons

Products showing excessive wear, damage, missing parts, modifications, or signs of heavy use may be denied.


Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel it before processing.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our return process.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of:

  • The product

  • Packaging

  • Shipping box

  • Any visible damage

Items reported as damaged must remain unused and unmodified.

Products that have been altered or modified in any way, including zero-gapping, blade changes, housing swaps, or custom adjustments, are not eligible for return or exchange.


Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all included accessories, manuals, inserts, and packaging

  • Returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be securely packaged to prevent shipping damage

We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking information.


Return Shipping & Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was sent or the item arrived defective.

Upon request, we may provide a prepaid return label, which will be deducted from your refund total.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.


How To Start A Return

  2. Contact our customer support team to request an RMA number

  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our team

Returns sent without an approved RMA number may be refused.


Manufacturer Warranty

If you believe your product is defective after use, the issue may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Manufacturer warranties vary by brand. Please refer to the warranty information included with your product or contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
