- Switch failure: A small number of units have had the power switch fail earlier than it should. If your switch feels off or inconsistent shortly after purchase, address it during the warranty window — don't wait.
- Blade running hot: The Graphene blade especially can heat up faster than expected during extended continuous use. If you're doing long passes or balding, let the trimmer breathe between rounds and hit it with clipper spray. A hot blade on a client's skin is bad news.
